You want to be healthy.
You want to find time to exercise.
But it feels like a joke.
What mom has time to get healthy and fit when you’re running bomb-style interventions between your toddler and the 3 year old for the 16th time of the day and you’ve not showered, shaved, or eaten anything other than the crust of a day old PB&J sandwich?
What if we told you that we had that answer you’ve been looking for?
What if we said that the answer isn’t about a new diet, another perfect fitness program, or working harder?
…cue music “cause I’m happy…”
You’re ready for something different. Something sustainable. Something that isn’t just about trying harder. We know you’re trying hard enough. The “perfect” meal plan and workout routine looks different for everyone and our mission is to help you discover exactly what that looks like for you.
Now, the solution isn’t quite as sexy as our dance moves, but it.works.
We can help you build healthy, sustainable habits that will last a lifetime, instead of giving you a diet that crumbles after a few weeks.
We can give you effective workout ideas so that you can pick what’s best for you, instead of trying to do “the best” thing and giving up when it starts to suck.
We can help you find balance, so food and fitness fit seamlessly into your life.
Healthy Habits Happy Moms is based on five basic pillars.
This is the pillar that drives everything else that we do, and it’s what makes us different. The rest of the pillars are that ‘What’ but habit change is the ‘How’.
We believe in changing the big rocks that make an impact before worrying about the tiny details. We believe moderation and sustainability are the most important aspects of any nutrition plan. And vegetables, we believe in vegetables. And protein, we can’t forget protein. And fat! And carbs, yes, CARBS! We believe in FOOD.
Movement is essential. Finding something you ENJOY is essential. A gym is optional. We love activities like weight training and walking, but we believe the best exercise is what you will continue to do on a regular basis, whatever that is for you! Different goals may require different strategies, and that’s okay.
Non-negotiable self care
Self care is not selfish. Self care is an important part in being able to give your best to your family. There’s no reason to feel guilty for taking a nap once in a while, or letting the laundry wait until tomorrow so you can enjoy reading in the sunshine.
Being a mom can sometimes be lonely and isolating, having a community who ‘gets it’ is invaluable. Not only is it necessary for our emotional health, but having a community of like minded people helps you reach your goals faster and more efficiently!

We know that there’s a TON of information out there on health and fitness, and they all seem to contradict each other. It can be so confusing. One day fat is bad, the next you need more, fruit is good, but you can’t have sugar, eat like a caveman, carbs are bad, except quinoa, that stuff is like gold, but wait, hold on…do sweet potatoes have too much starch?
It doesn’t have to be that complicated.
We’re here to help the moms who are sick of the diet runaround. The moms who still want to LIVE LIFE while pursuing health and fitness goals. The moms who don’t want to feel guilty over enjoying one damn cupcake at their kids birthday party.
The moms who want to look good, FEEL GOOD, and be better role models for their children.
We’re here to teach you about nutrition and movement, but even more importantly, we’re here to teach you how to actually implement those changes in a sustainable way. We’re in it for the long haul!
If you’re pickin’ up what we’re putting down, make sure you stick around and join our free community. We’re not lying when we say it’s been life changing for many of our members.
