Thanks for addressing the topic. I appreciate that the HHHM fb group is intended to address women/moms and our relationships with food/exercise/health, but I also seek out this same guidance when trying to do what’s best for my family. It seems like there is sufficient evidence on what NOT to do, but little guidance focused on what TO do. My 4 year old daughter is obese and we have seen many doctors concerning her weight, including gastroenterology and endocrinology. As parents, we only want to do what’s right for our children, but when the medical professionals don’t offer the best course of “treatment”, I’m left scratching my head. I look forward to reading more about your family-based approach to healthy living.
Hey Debra! Thanks for the comment and we’re thrilled you liked the episode. Next week’s episode is all about feeding guidelines for your family. We can’t wait to share it with you. xoxo
